POSITIONING

When Acclàims was set up over 10 years ago it marked an important change of pace in claims management and recourses. Compared to traditional models – consisting of small consultancy or law firms working on the small scale – Acclàims brought in a strong technological and digital component to facilitate a new process managing system. This enables us to process complex procedures quickly, transparently and efficiently, in both cost and quality terms.

As it has grown and consolidated, Acclàims has introduced complementary claims management services, such as document retrieval, auditing and back office admin services.

As partner to insurance companies and corporate fleets, Acclàims’ strategic contribution is that of a firm whose roots lie in the expertise of a Group – MSA Mizar – globally renowned for its knowledge of the insurance market and innovation propensity.
