Giovanni founded the company in 2011. After bringing in share capital from Columna Capital in May 2022, he resigned as director to take up the role of Chief Executive Officer of parent company MSA Mizar.<\/p>\n

Previously, Giovanni had been managing director of MSA - Multi Serass since 2006. His prior experience was a lengthy period in Accenture as senior financial services strategy manager and head of claims in the business\/high value consulting sector, working in business development and internal skill building.<\/p>\n

He focuses on international groups specializing in international claims, thereby supplementing his insurance experience and acting as a point of reference for national and international insurers.<\/p>\n

Alessandro is the managing director of Legalade. He sits on the board of directors of the Institute for European Traffic Law, founded in 1999, with registered offices in Luxembourg. Yasmine is a University of Trento law graduate (2010) specialising in transnational and European law with a focus on criminal law. A qualified legal practitioner since 2012, her first contact with insurance law was work with various insurance companies.<\/p>\n

She is managing director at Legalade, a company of lawyers specialising in insurance law. She assists international and Italian insurance companies in both the extrajudicial sphere and as an independent judicial and litigation expert thereby acquiring significant experience in the interpretation and application of contracts, especially insurance contracts, and in the civil liability sphere relating to medical malpractice, national and transnational road claims, insurance fraud and auditing.<\/p>\n
